About Tanya Zucco, PA-C
Tanya Zucco, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Associate, elite Ironman triathlete, and founder of Elite Peak Health in Sarasota, Florida. She brings more than 15 years of diverse clinical experience across internal medicine, urgent care, sports medicine, orthopedics, and functional medicine.
Her clinical expertise extends into advanced longevity and functional medicine, where she specializes in hormone optimization, gut health, metabolic repair, and performance-focused care. Through Elite Peak Health, Tanya is recognized for helping men and women over 40 who are tired of hearing "it's aging" and using band aid approaches...to reclaim energy, resilience, and vitality using a precision-based, root-cause approach and finally take control of their health.
Beyond medicine, Tanya is a lifelong athlete. A former professional waterskier who competed for Team Great Britain in Youth, Junior, U21, and Open Divisions, she later transitioned into triathlon. She is now an elite Ironman triathlete with multiple age-group titles and three qualifications for the Ironman World Championship in Kona.
Her personal dedication to high performance and resilience informs the philosophy she brings to her patients: empowering them to live fully, without compromise.
